Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Use of the ImaScreen service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance covers all uses of the service (creation, editing, AI generation, export and publishing).

If you use the service in a professional capacity, you represent that you have the necessary authority to bind the person or entity on whose behalf you act.

2. Definitions

• “Service”: the ImaScreen AI-powered video creation studio, accessible from the site and application, including generation, editing, export and publishing.
• “Content”: any element created, imported or generated via the service: texts, scripts, images, videos, voice-overs, music, footage and exported files.
• “Credits”: production units consumed when generating AI shots, images, voices or music.
• “Subscription”: a paid plan granting a quota of credits and export features, according to the chosen plan.

3. Service description

ImaScreen is an AI-assisted video creation studio. It generates films from ideas, scripts, footage or photos, then edits them, exports them as .mp4 or .mov and, where applicable, publishes them to social networks connected by the user.

The service evolves regularly: M Screen may add, modify or remove features, AI models or formats without notice, provided this does not substantially degrade the essential features of the subscribed plan.

4. Accounts and access

• Creating an account requires a valid email address or login via an offered social network.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• An account is personal; reselling it or sharing it for collective use outside the dedicated studio workspace features is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and these Terms. You must not:

• Import, generate or publish Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harms human dignity, or infringes a third party's rights (notably intellectual property, image rights, privacy).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Use the service to distribute spam or carry out large-scale disinformation operations.
• Reproduce, scrape or bulk-reuse the Content of the service by automated means.
• Circumvent credit limits, export restrictions or billing mechanisms.

6. Content, AI and editorial responsibility

You remain responsible for the Content you import, enter or publish. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the footage, photos, texts and files supplied to the service.

AI-generated films rely on your instructions and your media. M Screen does not control the meaning or final use of each produced Content. It is your responsibility to review, verify and validate each production before export or publishing.

You acknowledge that AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies or artefacts; the service is a creation assistance tool and does not replace your editorial judgement.

Publishing to social networks is your decision: you are responsible for complying with each platform's rules and the regulations applicable to your Content.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its code, visual identity and models are the intellectual property of M Screen or its licensors. No rights are transferred by using the service, except the right to use the films you produce under the conditions set by your subscription.

You retain ownership of the Content you import and create. Exported films belong to you, subject to the rights of third parties appearing in your footage and the licence conditions of the AI models used.

The “Made with ImaScreen” watermark applied to non-subscribed exports is a condition of the trial offer; removing it without an active subscription is not permitted.

8. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are billed by our payment provider, according to the chosen plan and duration.
• Payment is required to unlock export and publishing; generation and preview are available in trial mode, subject to available credits.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices and credit quotas may change; changes apply to subsequent renewals, with prior notice.

9. Production credits

Credits are consumed when generating AI content (video shots, images, voice-overs, music). Sign-up credits and subscription credits have a validity period that depends on the plan.

Unused credits at the end of a period may not carry over, depending on the plan's conditions. Granted credits are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

10. Export and publishing

Exporting to .mp4 and .mov and publishing to social networks are reserved for active subscribers, except within the free trial with watermark provided for this purpose.

The availability of a social network depends on the active connectors and the permissions granted by the user; M Screen does not guarantee actual publication, which also depends on the third-party platform.

11. Service availability and limits

M Screen endeavours to keep the service accessible. No guarantee of continuous availability is given: maintenance, updates, dependencies on AI providers and technical hazards may cause interruptions.

File size limits, film duration limits and generation volume limits apply and may change.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. M Screen does not warrant that AI-generated results will be free of errors, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, M Screen's liability for use of the service is limited to direct damages and, save for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the amounts paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

M Screen is not responsible for Content produced by users, nor for the consequences of its publication by the user on third-party platforms.

13. Suspension and termination

M Screen may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use or non-payment, after notice where possible.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Permanently deleting your account results in loss of access to your projects, subject to the retention periods described in the privacy policy.

14. Changes to terms

These Terms may be updated. Substantial changes are communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
