Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is M Screen, publisher of the ImaScreen service. For any question regarding your personal data, you can write to welcome@imascreen.app.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address (and, where applicable, login via a social network) when you create an account.
• Creation content: videos, photos, footage and media files you import to edit or transform your films.
• Text and descriptions: ideas, scripts, briefs and instructions you enter to guide production.
• Contact form data: name, email address and message, only when you write to us.
• Billing data: managed by our payment provider; M Screen does not store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device type and browser, collected in a limited manner for the service to operate.

3. Purposes of processing

• Create and manage your account, projects and production credits.
• Produce your films: generate images, voice-overs, music and video shots using artificial intelligence.
• Allow importing and editing of your footage, and exporting your video files.
• Enable publishing of your videos to the social networks you connect.
• Process subscription payments via our payment provider.
• Respond to requests sent via the contact form.

4. Artificial intelligence and providers

To produce your films, ImaScreen uses artificial intelligence models (image, video, voice-over and music generation). The content you submit (texts, images, footage) may be transmitted to these providers in order to generate the requested result.

The AI and infrastructure providers act as processors or sub-processors, strictly within the scope of providing the service, and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Social networks

When you choose to publish your videos on social networks (for example YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X or TikTok), you explicitly connect your account via OAuth authorization. ImaScreen only accesses the permissions necessary to publish and schedule your videos.

These platforms are independent controllers for the data they collect on their own services; we invite you to consult their respective privacy policies.

6. Hosting and payment

• Account and project data is hosted with infrastructure providers acting as sub-processors of M Screen.
• Payments are processed by a specialized payment provider; card details are sent directly to that provider and are not stored by M Screen.

7. Cookies

ImaScreen only places strictly necessary cookies for the service to function (session, language preference). Any optional audience-measurement cookies are activated only with your explicit consent, via the consent banner.

You can refuse or withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time from your browser settings.

8. Retention period

Your account data is kept as long as your account is active. Your media files and projects are kept for the time needed to produce and export your films, then according to your account settings.

Messages sent via the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle your request. Billing data is kept for the period required by applicable accounting obligations.

9. Data sharing

M Screen does not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with the technical providers necessary for the service to run (hosting, payment, AI, transactional email, connected social networks), to the extent strictly required and subject to their confidentiality obligations.

Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law or to protect M Screen's rights.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to welcome@imascreen.app.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

11. Security

M Screen implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: restricted access, authentication, and storage with dedicated infrastructure providers. As no security measure is absolute, we limit the data collected to what is strictly necessary.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service or regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
